We collect only your email address, voluntarily provided when signing up for the newsletter. No other personal data is collected (no name, postal address, or payment information).
Purpose and legal basis
Your email is used exclusively to send you the Niebla newsletter: new lots, arrivals, roasting notes. No commercial use or sharing with third parties.
Legal basis: your explicit consent (GDPR, art. 6.1.a), given when completing the sign-up form.
Retention
Your data is retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, your email is marked as inactive and will receive no further communications.
Sub-processors
Your data is processed by the following providers, solely for the purposes described above:
- Supabase — email storage (European servers,
eu-west-1region) - Resend — email delivery
- Vercel — website hosting (Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 1801, San Francisco, CA 94104)

- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
